Except for those photos or videos that have previously won this photo or video contest, previously published photographs are acceptable.
Photos, videos and songs must be suitable for family viewing and listening. Violators will be warned and/or possibly removed.
Contestants must know the names and addresses of all identifiable people in their photographs or videos or all performers on any musical entry. Entrant will be responsible for obtaining all consents necessary of any persons featured in any photograph, video or musical entry for Doyouknowwhoiam.com to use the work for any purpose contemplated by these rules.
Prior to receiving prizes, each winner must obtain a release or permission from anyone with proprietary rights in the winning photograph (such as artwork, trademarks or a person’s likeness). Refusal or inability to provide such releases or permissions may result in entrant’s disqualification in this photo contest, and any prizes may be forfeited.
Artists retain all copywright and ownership of their entries. However, entries may be used by doyouknowwhoiam.com for publicity, advertising, or other purposes related to the promotion of the site without compensation to the owner. Entries will not be used for any purposes other than site promotion.
Entrant confirms and promises that entry is original and does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
Employees and contractors of Doyouknowwhoiam.com and members of their immediate families (spouse/ domestic partner and any children age 18 years or older living with the employee or contractor) are not eligible to enter. Employees of sponsoring companies or members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
