I'm a snowboarder from Minnesota.
i'm all about getting fresh & creative in the street.
I've been riding for 10 years now. i've found snowboarding in every aspect of my life. i work in a shop i ride & find things to ride all the time.
if you don't ride now get out & experience it as soon as you can. if you all ready ride then i'm sure you can understand why it means so much to me.

in part i ride rails & jib because it's what's around me in part because it's what comes naturally to me & is where i'm comfortable.
but in the end all that matters is that's the kind of riding i like the most & what comes first for me. so yes i know how to jump, but no it's not really something i love to do & why would i waste time doing something i'm not hyped on?

This year i've got a few shots in mind that i'm itching to get.
i'll be filming video blogs for Joes boardshop as well as all of a few of my sponsors.

i've set my sights on being truer to riding the things i want to in the way i want to & getting the kind of quality shots i've always wanted.

all together too often people forget to have fun while riding so i'm going to slow down a little bit this season on trying to do a cretin number of spots or tricks & just work on riding more & doing more while i'm riding

*Riding with the MDP crew. a few years back i was fortunate enough to meet Mike "Dawger" of MDP & i got to roll around & ride with & get to know most of the riders i'd grown up idolizing. suddenly the guys who spent years adorning the walls of my bedroom were strapping in right next to me. pretty cool experience. this definitely changed my life in a lot of ways
*Placing 2nd at the Jibba Jabba Rail jam in Houghton MI
*traveling to vancouver for The Option snowboards catalog shoot
*being featured in Transworld snowboarding for an option snowboards ad.
*being featured in a "hello my name is" section in Arkade Mag

status doesn't really mean anything in snowboarding anymore.
i'm fortunate enough to get to ride a lot & have companies support my riding.
